If you would like a referral to a prescribing doctor who is expert in female hormones / bio-identical hormone replacement, I set this up for you too. (I do NOT recommend going through your GP for hormone replacement, unless they have been pursued additional BHRT training!)

I built this program for BUSY women…as we all seem to be in our 40s!
All you need is ~1-1.5 hours per week for the video content, since we focus on key takeaways and the practical stuff. Watch or listen as you commute, walk, etc. Easy and convenient.
Plus, it doesn’t require that you incorporate a load of time-consuming habits into your routines - habit-stacking and efficiency are key!

The program is 12 weeks, but you have 16 weeks of access to ALL of it, including my support to allow for time off as you need.
Most of my clients find 12 weeks is ample time to finish it comfortably, even on a busy schedule.

Erin is a Functional Medicine Health Coach & Integrative Nutritionist who has also been studying and teaching yoga for more than 25 years.
Like many women, midlife caught Erin completely off guard. She experienced hormonal imbalances, thyroid disease, weight gain, joint pain, brain fog, and more. Through her own healing journey, Erin discovered the power of functional medicine, nutrition, movement, and mindset—and now helps other women navigate midlife with clarity, strength, and confidence.
She became interested in midlife women's metabolic health starting in 2017 as she was finishing at the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. Most of her clients were women and it occurred to her that they were all saying the same thing...as was she! So she honed in deeply on midlife female metabolism at midlife right from the start of her coaching career.
She has 3 grown children and brings both her professional training and lived experience to her work in the BB40 program.
Erin lives in Charleston, South Carolina after a lifetime in the Philadelphia area. She’s a lifelong tennis player, swimmer, and lover of outdoor life in the sunshine.

She teaches science-based strategies to reduce stress, heal hormones, overcome emotional eating, and create sustainable change that lasts for life. Stephanie shares how true, lasting change (including weight loss) didn’t come from more knowledge - but from rewiring the mind-body connection in addition to the good habits. This leads to deeper mind-body results, stronger program follow-through, and deeper transformations. With an optimized mindset, members get better results.
Steph really understands the struggle and meets our members exactly where they’re at. Because while today, Steph a happy and successful woman, this wasn’t always the case: for most of her life, she lived a fear-driven existence, trapped in anxiety, overwhelm, and low self-confidence and worth.

Backstory:
A desire to create change
Women are hugely underserved by science & healthcare!
…ESPECIALLY after our reproductive years.
Most doctors doesn’t know how to support us through these midlife changes - they don’t teach this stuff in med school!
And the “solutions” you see online don’t work because they’re usually just focused diets and exercise that no longer work…
Women get frustrated with this advice because:
Midlife hormone and metabolic changes COMPLETELY change how our bodies responds to food, exercise and stress. We need to work with these changes using different strategies.
Most nutrition, exercise, weight loss and medical research has been done on MEN and extrapolated (incorrectly) by media and influencers to women.
Very little has been done on women because our hormone cycles “complicate” the data (As a scientist, I heard this infuriating statement first-hand for years! UGH!) Even less research has been in midlife and older women
This means women are eating, training and fasting the wrong way for health and weight management!
As a result, our minds and bodies are stressed, we hold extra weight and we’re not reaching our full potential.
Most nutrition, training and health programs do not account for female physiology, and they often do more damage than good.
I learned this the hard way.
In 2015, I was 33 years old and my health hit rock bottom. I’m talking terrible sleep, no periods, and a deep, lasting fatigue that forced me to literally put my entire life on hold.
Everywhere I turned, the health advice I got was either geared towards men or in the form of a pill.
I learned just how different we are the hard way by trying to force myself to adopt wellness advice that got me zero results as a woman.
So I set out a mission to heal, and was shocked to realise just how misguided the standard narrative actually is when it comes to women’s health and hormones.
Once I saved my own health, it lit a fire inside me to help other women achieve the same, and to advocate for changing the paradigm around women’s health. (More details about me and my story can be found on my “About” page.)
